I lost 90 pounds on a "whole plant based diet" (healthy vegan), but want help in losing another 60 pounds. Are there any commercial weight loss programs that are "vegan" in nature?

Gina Kolata describes the abysmal record of the most popular programs including Weight Watchers, Atkins, and medically supervised calorie restricted diets. Her deep research indicated that the vast majority of people fail to maintain much weight loss over a period of a few years.

Im very over weight , Obease actully , But im starting my weight loss journey and i know exersize and eating healthy is the only way to go. But im thinking about using pro clinical hydroxy cut ALONG with exersize and eating right just to boost my weight loss beacuse i have my grad comming up in june.Im not asking for any cristism about diet pills , i know they are harmful but will this help me at all?

I am 20 years old. 5′1 and 122 lbs. I have recently gained this weight. I used to be around 105lbs. I see all of these weight loss challenges scattered throughout the internet, but they usually only have a start and end date with no rules. Are you supposed to come up with an individual plan and then join the challenge for however long it lasts for? What is a challenge?!

I have lost nearly 50lbs.
I have the weight LOSS system down.
I need suggestions on how to maintain the weight and keep myself from gaining weight back.

I’m starting my weight loss plan and of course, I would like to know how much weight did I lose after 2 weeks and how my body changed. But I don’t know what to measure(legs and arms probably) except my weight. I heard that you need to measure your neck too. Is this true and If it is, why? And when do I need to measure myself? 1 week, 2 weeks, …? And is there anything else I need to know about measuring?
