For the past 5 weeks or so I have ridden my Elliptical machine (which is like a jogging in place machine) for 30 min. everyday and burning 350-550 calories, now near 550 for 5 weeks except for maybe 3-4 days. I haven’t seen weight loss results yet or on the scale. I have been eating better too. I am about 130-135 and am 5′ 2" or so and would like to weigh about 115 or so.

Make sure you are eating that much. Drink water. Also it might be that your body just takes longer than what you expected. Everyone is different.
Unlike what you see on TV the pounds will not just stop dropping off of you.
It is great that you are doing some cardio, but realize that to lose weight one must have a cardio plan as well as eating healthy.
On top of that, burning 550 calories a day is not that much in reality. You should probably burn more.
I am 125 pounds and 5"6 and have been on a rigorous work out plan for 2 months, my weight still is fluctuating because I am not eating healthy.
Generally it can take over 2 months for you to notice weight loss if you are doing your best.

If you stick to your calorie quota you will lose weight. Women can fluctuate with weight loss for several reasons despite following the plan. This can be due to hormones, menstruation and water retention.
