How to avoid loose skin during weight loss?

by Guest Author on June 17, 2010

I am 300 pounds and I want to be 150. I was just wondering how can I avoid having loose skin after my weight loss? I don’t want to have to get surgery or anything. Is there something that will help with this?

Don’t worry about it, since weight loss takes time your body will adjust and the skin will "srhink" or w/e. You are not going to have loose skin no matter how many pounds you lose, just like your skin gets "stretched" out when you gain weight, it will shrink when you lose weight.
