Is swimming good for weight loss and/or reducing your body fat percentage?

I have heard both arguments- that it is good for weight loss, and that it isn’t.

Actually its one of the best exercises you can do and it also reduces cellulite and tones your body
all at the same time

Yes it is swimming requires using all of your body effort. You have to challenge yourself though. Just swimming around slowly in the pool won’t help. If you really want to lose weight then(like I said) challenge yourself. Swim maybe 1-2 hours a day.
