Is walking one hour a day a good start for weight loss ? I’m trying to lose as much weight as possible I’m 6′2 and weigh 289…Are there any good weight lifting exercises I could do to go along with my workout ?

Walking one hour a day is a good exercise to start with. But whether you will lose weight and how fast you will lose weight depends on your calorie intake and how much you calorie you spend during walking.
