Weight Loss?

by admin on March 1, 2010

Any suggestions for weight loss, yes exercise and eating right, but I mean more like a small extra thing to do, such as some kind of food or something that would help accelerate metabolism?

Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. The site even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.

Many of the programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think of the different programs.

Hope this helps!

Acceleration of Metabolism would be the consumation of ginklo baboa supplements as well as green tea. 6 small meals a day seperated by 2- 3 hours during the day would be beneficial as well.

If you lift weights and build up muscle tissue, this will accelerate your metabolism.

Eating small meals regularly can help boost metabolism. Also gets lots of rest; if you are over tired your body produces more of the hormones which make you feel hungry. I have also read that chilli boosts your metabolism for a few hours after you eat it. Not sure how much truth is in that, but if you like chilli it couldn’t hurt. Also combining resistance (weight) training into an exercise routine with lots of cardio will maximise any fat burning efforts you are trying to achieve. Good luck!

Eating small frequent meals is right. That way your body has time to metabolize what you eat instead of eating one big meal all at once, where your body cannot metabolize all of it at once, making them fat deposits.

Don’t let yourself go hungry. Eat slowly and chew your food well.

dance for 20 min a day. If you know how to belly dance its the best way or salsa. In the morning have 2 apples.or cereal with low fat milk, oatmeal. Lunch-salad ,meat, tuna anything but potato, noodles, bread,no sweets,. Dinner something light and before 7 pm. Drink plenty of water.

You can walk for 30 min a day,or somekind of a cardio.

Some nutritious foods are known as "Negative Calories Foods". What are these "magical" foods? Tomatoes actually burn more calories when you eat them then they contain. Other foods that may fit into this category are: • Apples • Grapefruit • Oranges • Lettuce • Onion • Spinach • Broccoli • Celery and more…

Mostly, don’t eat junk food or supersized it.
