I am on a low carb diet and getting tired of it because it’s not very flexible. What kinds of carbs and any other foods can I eat that will help with weight loss?

The worst thing you can eat is’ too much’!
well, i think a balanced meal with lots of excercise can do the trick, but if you wanna do it fast, go a little under the recommended diet

fruit
salads
boca burgers
flax-seed pitas
oatmeal
turkey
if you eat yogurt active culture you will loose weight.
it really works.
take balanced diet with juice.Drink lots of water at least 3-4 litres a day
low fat foods are ok
