I’m trying to lose as much weight as possible in 25 days. I am a wreslter, female, and am trying to lose alot of weight even though im not heavy. Anyways. I need the top exercises for weight loss.

Jump rope, or jump in place with out the rope.
Squat in place, or jump squat.
Jumping jacks.
Run.
Jog.
Firstly, you need to go on a strict diet that suits you since you are on a time limit. 25 days is a short period of time
Doing cardio is also a good way to burn fat fast as well.
