I am in need to lose some pounds (as prescribed by my doctor for my TTC journey) and I searched online for fruits and veggies that could give me energy and some weight loss. Does anyone know which fruits and veggies could help me loss weight and give me energy?

Bananas contain potassium which is important as you lose water content and fresh greens, broccoli and spinach contain important vitamins and minerals
I know that Pineapple is a real good fruit to help you lose weight because of the acid it contains, it burns up all the fats.
I would have to say the best veggie to eat for weight loss is celery because it has negative calories.
