don’t rely on any kind of pills .. actually they make you more fat ! if u want to lose about 30 pounds then ill give u a tip ( it worked for me , hopefully it does the same thing for u as well )
ok tip number 1: never eat after 6 PM
2:u dont have to go gym every day and pressure urself by working out so hard just do some random activities that are really fun for you like dancing , walking , whatever u feel like u never get bored of!
3:choose a blue plate if you want to eat food coz that color makes you not eat more than you should eat & also try to eat small pieces ( 6 times a day , everytime get a small piece of everything u eat)
4:drink as much as water you can ( water makes you not wanna eat food a lot)
5:AGAIN dont be lazy,always be active !
