The best and cheapest exercise hun is simply walking. Go to a park or down your road and walk your heart out. Drink lots of water, get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, and eat healthy foods, such as lean meats, chicken, lots of veggies and fruits, and no pop.

Good luck!

get a YMCA membership for wherever you live. You can work out in the gym playing basketball with friends, you can play racket ball, sometime they have dodge ball leagues, you can swim, or you can run on the treadmills. The YMCA is also a great place to take your family for a fun, healthy activity.

I’m not sure that exercise is something that you "buy". I think it’s more something that you "do". Maybe that’s where you went wrong.

None. It’s free. In fact it even saves money. It’s called chores. Clean the whole house (including the bathroom and toilet) everyday without using the vacuum, do the laundry manually, hang clothes to dry, mow the lawn using a mechanical grass cutter (no gasoline or electricity) and do some maintenance work on the house. It keeps the cost of living down and your body finely tuned.
