im looking for a weight loss pill that works quickly and is safe. any suggestions? personal experience would be best, thank you!

Hydroxycut works great for me till I stoped taking it, then I gained all the weight back within a month…Its best to cut calories and take up walking, I started that after my second daughter was born and I’m down 35 pounds :)

Darling, weight loss pills DO NOT WORK.If they did, there would be no fat people.There is no magical or safe drug.Diet pills and safe cannot even be used in the same sentence.

Most of these pills are false advertisment and rip you off.they claim to help you lose weight with changing your eating habbits and exercising…if you change your eating and exercise, you’ll lose weight anyways! and if they claim you dont have to change your eating or exercise, they are full of crap.

Save your money and do it the only correct way.perhaps you should even hire a dietician.

I would skip the pills and go with a dietitian. I did that awhile back and it was great. I didn’t have to worry or obsess over food. I told her what I liked to eat, and she picked out some better options from what I like. Best of all it wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be.

I have lost 50 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you’ll want to keep going.

Pills aren’t a good way to loose weight cut down on meals and probably enroll your self In a online class,Its generally cheaper than buying a pill.
