At that age your friend shouldn’t even be thinking about taking pills.
Diet pills are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see.
All you need is a good healthy diet – lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation
Not good, it is unsafe for an adult, it is like poison for a kid.
I recommend she does not take these pills, because she will not get the required nutrients that is required for healthy bones as she is only twelve acai berry pills are ok for adults in conjunction with a healthy diet. I strongly advise her to lose weight the healthy to do this read more tips on losing weight at http://healthandbeautylatest.blogspot.com/ and read some weight losing tips there.
12 years old is much too young to be taking diet pills, she hasn’t stopped growing yet. Is she overweight? At that age, it will be much easier to lose the weight now just by doing some exercises. Tell her to get outside and start playing some sports, baseball, basketball or something she likes to do, Get away from the computer and video games, if that is what she is into, that is why a lot of our young people are overweight now, they have gotten away from outside activities and are apt to stay inside now. We didn’t have that choice when I was growing up. This is just my 2 cents worth, lol
